Note: OpenOffice is available for download at no charge from the OpenOffice web site http://www.openoffice.org. Firefox and Thunderbird are available at no charge from the Mozilla web site at http://www.mozilla.org. iDimensionz distributes OpenOffice and Firefox/Thunderbird on CD for those not wishing to spend time downloading the software. The nominal fee charged covers the cost of duplicating the CD, shipping and handling. Therefore, iDimensionz does not offer refunds for purchases of OpenOffice or Firefox/Thunderbird.
